The pet dental office uses only the latest anesthetics and our experienced staff has gone through many hours of training in monitoring anesthetized pets. Southern California Veterinary Dental Specialties offers vet dental services at multiple locations in California ,Las Vegas and New Orleans.

Dr. Niemiec, as one of very few Board Certified Veterinary Dental specialists, is recognized internationally as one of the leading authorities in Veterinary Dentistry. An advocate for improved understanding, prevention and treatment of disease, Dr. Niemiec lectures extensively to professional and non-professional groups at local, national, and international meetings. Additionally, he has published numerous articles in well-respected journals at the local, state, national, and international levels.

We are equipped for all types of dog and cat dentistry including periodontal, endodontic, orthodontic, restorative, and prosthodontic dental procedures as well as oral and maxillofacial surgery. Digital veterinary dental radiographs and pictures are utilized on virtually all pet patients.

Fun Pet Facts

Outside of work, Dr. Niemiec is a true pet lover. He takes every opportunity to get out to hike, run and backpack with Sage, a Lab who is happy all of the time and loves her toys, a favorite being a rubber champagne bottle.

Dr. Niemiec knows Sage’s dental health is important and he takes the same care at home that he recommends to his patients. He brushes her teeth daily and she gets a complete veterinary dental teeth cleaning every year.
